Very simply, saving energy saves YOU money! The screen capture above shows an average 2 car garage, the average measured temperature is indicated as -0.7 degrees Celsius, with a lowest temperature of -4.5 Celsius and a high temperature (red dot near top of door) of 6.3 Celsius. In this specific instance the highest temperature indicated is at the top corner of a door. After a visual inspection in this area, there was a 10 cm by 4 cm section of weather-strip missing in that area, this is approximately a 40 cm hole allowing heat to escape. Our drone has the capability of combining both thermal and visual images at the same time to easily identify specific areas of concern for targeted repairs, by using this technology we can save you time and money!
Drones can quickly and easily inspect the roof of any building, either residential or commercial. Our drone has the ability to deliver visible and thermal images at the same time. The visible images help to determine overall condition of the structure and the thermal images can reveal underlying conditions that are not visible to the human eye. This is especially helpful on commercial buildings with flat roofs, a lower than average temperature in a specific area on the roof can indicate poor insulation or potential water intrusion, by targeting these areas for visual inspections it can save time and money.
Solar panel systems are becoming increasingly popular. We provide aerial inspections for solar arrays that can be performed quickly, efficiently and safely. we do not require roof access as an example, so there is no need to send a technician up on a ladder. In the photo to the right the second panel in from the left on the bottom row is not operating correctly. The red indicates that it is absorbing energy from the sun but is unable to transmit it to the grid. Our drone takes a dual image with one click, giving a normal RGB image and a thermal image, this allows for verification of the condition of the panels as well as indicating faulty or suspect panels.
Both homeowners and insurance companies can benefit from using drone technology. Whether it is for storm damage caused by high winds, flooding or hail we provide high resolution digital images from multiple angles that make it easy for an insurance adjuster to make timely decisions on claims without having to leaving the office, thus speeding up claims.
